Looking for a Motivated Nursery Manager in Shinfield Reading !
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 a year (dependent on experience)

We want you to join us on this exciting adventure as our future amazing Manager at Happy Trails Play Nursery.
We are a new setting with a drive to positively disrupt an archaic model by bringing a fresh approach to the current Nursery sector. We want to take the good and make it better because we believe that you can never compromise when it comes to the happiness, safety, and development of our children. You will get to inspire and be apart of this very unique experience by contributing your ideas in various aspects of our business. Our curriculum will have a focus on food education for children specifically superfoods. Children will be on a fantastic discovery of expanding their perspective and palette of food. Our motto is healthy food, active bodies, growing minds, make happy children!

to ensure a dynamic guiding path to their early years development. You also will have the liberty to have a real voice and together we will work to come up with a universal vision and culture for what will become the Happy Trails Play Nursery.
Listed below are some of the criteria that we would like to set as the base standard to build upon :
* Educated! A minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualifications.
* Experienced! 5 years minimum leadership/managerial experience preferably in an Outstanding rated Nursery. You will have a broad understanding of how to implement your knowledge of EYFS framework and deliver the highest quality development experience to the children. Knowledge of OFSTED standards and experience of inspections.
*Accountability! A thorough knowledge of Safeguarding, and the ability to execute these policies quickly on a day to day basis. This is extremely important to us and it should be for yourself as well. You must ensure all policies are diligently understood by your team and followed effectively and efficiently always.
* Team Oriented! Ability to Lead and Inspire a Team along with the ability to work well together and support career growth for your Team and yourself.
* Visionary! Partner with us to recruit and attract qualified new team members.
* Passionate! Deliver clear communication along with leading tours and establish a warm welcome to new families. You will be a support group to these new families and assist them in developing their child's learning skills along with transitions to the next phases of their development.
* Dedicated! Have a personable approach to engaging with parents for all their curriculum and child development experience.
* Go Getter! Respond diligently and calmly to unexpected circumstances and emergencies by focussing on maintaining a solution oriented mindset.
* Creative! Enjoys a vast amount of imagination, pretend play, and laughing. You will be someone very special to many children and impact their lives in a meaningful way.
