Established in 1999, we are The Cameron Hotel Collection (Incorporating Cameron Ventures Group Hotels and Otway Hotels), an ever-growing family run hotel business with currently 11 properties (and counting!) and over 200 employees. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to work in our Bar/food and beverage department at our Grand Hotel in Hartlepool
The working pattern reflects the nature of the role and applicants needs to be willing to work on a flexible shift basis which can include weekends, evening and bank holidays.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Operations Manager/General Manager of the Hotel. They will strive to continually improve guest satisfaction and help maximise the financial performance of the company.
You will be working as part of the Food and Beverage team at The Grand Hotel, following new ownership and impending reopening, displaying a real passion for hospitality and customer service. Being hands on in the business, having a high energy, excellent guests kills and creating a fun & relaxed atmosphere.

Be aware of company and Hotel policies which affect the F&B department
Have full product knowledge of the facilities offered at the hotel
