SiD Recruitment for looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team in Europe's leading electrical appliance company based in Stone, Staffordshire.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our company as a Warehouse Team Leader. If you have a strong background in warehouse management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Lead a team of warehouse staff on the rework department, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.

- Oversee daily activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping of products.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales departments to maintain appropriate stock levels.

- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity, minimize errors, and reduce costs.

- Train new team members on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, quality control, and customer service, to ensure smooth coordination and timely order fulfillment.

- Utilize warehouse management systems and other technology to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.

Shift

Days 06:00 - 18:00

2 week rota:

Week one - work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

Week two - work Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
