Rolling Stock is looking for an experienced and professional team player to assist with Sales and Operations at our shop! Our sales team advises on tires, wheels, suspension and brakes. We are proud to be a busy, family owned & operated shop, located in San Francisco since 1988. We are conveniently located near 101 and 280. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain working relationships with our long-term client base
- Create service orders in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner
- Respond to inquiries via email, text and phone in a timely manner
- Create and follow product orders, as well as manage product returns from start to finish
- Answer technical vehicle, tire, wheel and suspension questions
- Effectively communicate with customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years’ automotive experience
- Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
- Polite and responsive communication skills
- Ability to research, diagnose and figure out problems and to multi-task
- Experience with POS and computer literacy
- Valid driver's license preferred, but not required
- Must be reliable with a strong work ethic
- Desire to move into a managerial position is welcome!
COMPENSATION:
- Hourly plus commission paid monthly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
