We’re excited to be recruiting for a Store Manager to drive, motivate and support their team to enhance sales, service, and knowledge of their store.
We're looking for someone to take overall responsibility for the shop in Cullercoats.
The position will cover the following responsibilities:
- To oversee and ensure standards from the whole team across everything we do in your branch - including customer experience, product quality, food safety, financial performance and control to name a few!
- To ensure rotas and timesheets are properly managed - as well as general HR administration and issues
- To oversee purchasing and cost control in relation to your branch
- To mentor and line manage your team - we're after people with a positive 'can-do' attitude that inspire their colleagues
Skills or Experience Required
- Demonstrable leadership and people management experience in the hospitality or catering industry
- A mind with the ability to think ahead and see the bigger picture, maximizing every sales opportunity
- An ambitious character who wants to be part of our growth journey
- Ability to thrive under pressure and execute with pace
- Experience of managing and developing teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00 per year
