We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service/ Sales Representative.

Role:

• Customer service: answering phones, responding to emails, and providing great customer service whilst looking to maximise sales opportunities.
• Sales: Maximising sales opportunities through communication with customers, via phone, email and face to face.
• Follow up: follow up on any customer enquiries and create any up-selling opportunities
• Maintains a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset throughout work life, work cooperatively with others.
• Other duties as required

Experience:

• Have previous experience within sales roles
• Experience working towards targets and KPI's
• Have excellent Customer Service
• Great communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
