We are seeking a Customer Services Administrator who can support the logistics team by facilitating the order and timely delivery of parts for a business-critical product line.
This is a highly diverse role, where you’ll be liaising with a wide variety of local and international stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal customers.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervise or perform administrative functions supporting customer service and sales order entries.
Provide technical knowledge needed to properly process customer orders, and ensure correct information is collected for invoicing.
Maintain a record of assets' delivery progress and invoicing.
Coordinate orders and shipments between Manufacturing and customers.
Track and report to customer and sales staff delivery dates, anticipated delays, and conflicting terms and conditions of customer purchase orders.
Execute safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables for internal and external customers.
Interact with Production, Buyer, and Planner to follow up on customer orders.
Prioritize activities with customers and resolve issues with the Plants and Product Lines.
Interface with departments handling activities such as credit and collections, sales, shipping, and purchasing to ensure effective and timely service to customers.
Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record in the support database.
When applicable coordinate/participate in customer quick of meeting
Coordinate spare warranty process with the stakeholders to provide customers satisfaction and solution, wherever applicable.
Liaising across a wide variety of international stakeholders including external vendors and suppliers
Minimum Job Qualifications
Requirements
Educated to Degree level
Experience in a customer service role, or related customer-facing position
Experience using ERP systems, SAP is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of computer literacy, particularly with Excel
Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
