An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service Team in Sunderland. The successful candidate will take ownership of the efficient and effective handling of customer queries.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- Monitor and respond to daily communications received via our helpline, dealerships and Customer Service inbox.
- Ensure all customer contact is acknowledged and addressed within required timeframes, and escalate where necessary
- Responsible for assisting with the draft of final written responses, gain agreement from key personnel on proposed resolution.
- Keep accurate customer service records for analysis.
- Responsible for key administration duties, including filing of customer cases; customer and FCA correspondence
- To report on customer service activity, Reevoo and group CSI data to compare and assist in the improvement of results in line with manufacturer requirements.
