Location: London (must be willing to be based at and travel to client sites throughout the UK)

Software Engineering is the home of our dedicated Technology people who are focused on engineering memorable yet differentiated and captivating customer experiences.

Working as a key member of the team, we are looking for Engineers who are passionate about their work, with innovation and continuous learning at the forefront of their professional development.

We are looking for experienced DevOps Engineers to join our vibrant community of DevOps professionals, based at our London offices on a full-time, permanent basis. We’re looking for exceptional individuals to deliver specific solutions for our clients.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
  • Cloud computing skills: Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure including respective cloud shell, serverless and other cloud native and offerings.
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) skills including pipeline design/implementation.
  • Use IaC tools and techniques and follow everything-as-code principles (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Bicep or GCP deployment manager)
  • Containerisation skills: must have knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift to manage and orchestrate containerized applications.
  • Collaboration skills: must have excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as developers, testers, and operations personnel.
  • Security skills: must have knowledge of modern security practices and technologies to ensure the security of applications and infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting: must have strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues in complex systems.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Mentoring and developing junior DevOps engineers and leads teams effectively (depending on your career level)
