Hours - 37.5 hours per week
Various shift patterns available - 4 days on and 4 days off, 8am – 7.30pm / Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary - £21,489 per annum

Join us as a Customer Service Administrator in our Customer Repair Centre in Newark and you'll be responsible for communicating with customers and providing administrative support. You’ll do it because you love being part of a team who deliver the best customer service and get a buzz out of resolving challenges. It’s a great feeling, and you’ll get to experience it often.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Communicating with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers and 3rd parties- Processing customers’ write offs for white goods (large electrical products e.g., washing machines, refrigerators, etc) and brown goods (small electrical products, e.g., TVs, mobile phones, computers, etc)
- Advising customers of their repair journey over the phone or email.
- Completing administrative tasks including producing data for reporting using various systems including Excel
- Supporting the wider team with queries or support where required
People skills are one thing, but you’ll go a step further here by providing customer service that puts our customers first. You won’t stop in your pursuit of the best for your team, the business, our customers and yourself.
You will need:
Experience or exposure to providing customer service- A track record of providing excellent administrative support
- A working knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team
