Salary: £21,255
12 month FTC
Hours: 37.5 Hours a week. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm.
Location: Office based on Oxford Road, Manchester City Centre.
Our Operations Team requires an additional administrator to be part of the payments and collections Team within our Life and Pension division on an initial 12 months fixed-term basis.
This is a full-time role on a hybrid working model, that can work flexibly both from home and in our Manchester office once full training is complete.
The role will include data inputting, banking of cheques with reconciliation work of various bank accounts, issuing payments and handling enquiries and other administrative duties.
Most of the incoming work has daily regulatory deadlines so speed, accuracy, and time management is essential to the role.

What you will do:
- Complete administration tasks within service standards
- Process customer correspondence in line with documented procedures
- Ensure customer records are accurately maintained
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Achieve targets to maintain productivity, quality and contractual service level agreements
- Manage own workload effectively and prioritise accordingly to meet targets
- Accurately complete any quality/productivity documentation required
- Answer inbound calls from customers within service standards

- Previous experience in a customer service / administration/reconciliation role
