Service Administrator
Bolton, Full time
Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Compensation: £12 per hour (negotiable based on experience and qualifications), commission of £25 per service plan sold, and a bonus of £100 if the department hits its GP plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepping the job card: Checking the service history of the customer's vehicle and ensuring that all necessary information is recorded accurately on the job card.
- S/Plan quotes: Providing customers with quotes for service plans, which involve regular maintenance and inspections for their vehicles.
- Pre-Calls: Making calls to customers prior to their service appointments to confirm the appointment, provide reminders, and answer any questions they may have.
- Customer service and support: Interacting with customers on a regular basis, providing support and assistance as needed. This may involve answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing information about services and products.

Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
