As a Waiter/Waitress you will be the charming, confident face of your section, providing the sophisticated service and warm welcome that Rocco Forte Hotels is renowned for. Working with the amazing team. you will deliver consistently flawless service for diners, ensuring that our restaurant always exceeds their expectations.

You will be fluent in fine food and wine, quickly becoming conversant with menu and its provenance. Impeccably presented, disciplined and adaptable, your keen attention to detail and crucial communication skills will guarantee any special guest requests or health requirements are conveyed to the kitchen and catered for.

You will work positivity and professionally within your team, and be given the support to further develop your skills as a front-of-house specialist.
