Job description
Inspired by the French brasseries instilled within our memories, RAW will be a Spitalfields gem fuelled with a raw passion for hospitality, classic French cooking and cocktails with plenty of je ne sais quoi! With a menu that places rotisserie chicken centre stage, our eye for the best produce further delights with classic dishes celebrating seafood and steak with some classic London sass.
THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for talented and highly skilled waiters and waitresses with lots of personality, charm & charisma. Spread over two floors, the concept will be clean, refined and elevated - RAW is a State of Mind.
As an experienced team member of the floor, you will be incredibly passionate about the hospitality industry and love people. You will be delivering the best chat and banter whilst making sure customers in your section have all they could wish for. Our ideal waiters & waitresses are all about teamwork, wowing our customers and having a good time at work.
You will be given the opportunity to train, grow and progress your career – become our future Managers as our venue portfolio grows.

REQUIREMENTS
- You must have banter and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working FOH in a busy pub or restaurant
- Superb customer & floor service skills, carrying 3 plates of advantage
- You can confidently look after your own section on the floor
- You thrive in a busy and fast paced venue
- Passionate about hospitality and all things food & drink
- You enjoy engaging with customers
- Hungry to grow and progress your hospitality career
