Job description

We are looking for a Retail Stock Distribution Manager to lead on the charities retail stock management and associated teams.

Leading in the distribution centre building and logistics. We are also moving our central location, scaling down as we scale up in a new location.

You will:

  • Provide effective and efficient stock distribution movement
  • Support the Demelza retail operation in order to maximise sales and profit
  • To store out of season stock and event stock
  • To oversee the recycling and rag operation
  • Leading teams with brands to the right location for stock to sell, whilst overseeing the Distribution Centre/Warehouse building
  • Manage the stock processing team, distribution drivers and drivers mates. Whilst bringing their knowledge and skills up to date and by implementing training and processes and systems or work
