Role Overview
In this role you will be responsible for the management and development of a large portfolio of corporate clients. You’ll be maintaining relationships with senior managers and with key clients at senior/board level.
What you’ll do:
- Work with your clients to understand their health and wellbeing needs to support their employees.
- Achieve/exceed sales targets – cross selling, growing existing business and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular analysis of the performance of the portfolio and build into client discussions to manage expectations of future healthcare costs as well as seeking to identify growth opportunities.
- Agree short, medium and longer term objectives with clients and formulate account plans to deliver against objectives.
- Record all client information on CRM and ensure that all sales systems, plans and customer records are maintained and kept up to date.
What you’ll bring:
- Significant healthcare knowledge and experience
- Account Management / Sales background in businesses with a strong customer focus
- Strong negotiation skills as negotiations can be complex and require influence directly or via third parties.
- Strong relationship building skills & communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a key influencer, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships.
- Strong health and wellbeing knowledge and experience
