Job description
Goose & Berry require enthusiastic and energetic candidates with a passion for customer service and great work ethic, who are interested in a weekday, fixed term contract from September 2023 – January 2024.
The candidate must have great energy, positive attitude and team spirit paired with a strong work ethic to become part of our friendly close-knit team! The ideal candidate will have an interest and previous experience in the hospitality industry.
If you don't have any previous experience in hospitality, we would still love to hear from you! Events are all about the right attitude - if you have it our clients will love you.
The Role:
- Greet and interact with guests
- Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs and make recommendations
- Assist with set-up and break-down of events
- Set the tables and ensure the excellent overall presentation of the event
- Present and explain the menu to guests
- Deliver food during dinner service
- Serving drinks to guests throughout the day
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Apply all food and beverage safety and quality regulations
Event locations will be in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
You will be available to work flexible hours Monday – Friday including evenings and occasional weekends.
