We are recruiting Packing Team Leaders on a 4on 4off, days, shift pattern
Areas of Responsibility:
- Maintaining Food safety and quality standards
- Co-ordinating Production activities for your area of responsibility
- Meeting production targets and achieving the production plan
- Lead, motivate and develop your team
Additional information
- Working with raw meat (Dependent on area)
- Working in a cold environment
Experience
- Previous experience of running a production line and related equipment
- Understanding of CCP requirements
- Proven track record of leading a team
- Previous compliance with SOP's
- Previous experience of achieving production targets
- Food Manufacturing experience preferred
Full training provided.
