Dishoom Covent is one of our biggest, busiest cafes, seeing on average 3000 guests through our door each day. For this team, we’re looking for charming, charismatic and kind people to join us as Server/Waiter/Waitress/Senior Waiter, with at least 1 year minimum experience working in a high volume environment, following detailed steps of service and comfortable managing a busy section.
As a Server with us, you’re determined to go above and beyond for our guests; taking care of them like family to ensure they never want for anything.

What to expect
- Contracted minimum 40 hours per week, across 5 days.
- Average pay up to £17 - £20 per hour inclusive of Tronc.
- Weekly changing rota, requiring flexibility Monday - Sunday.
- We're an all day dinning Cafe, providing daytime and evening shifts.
- Smart casual dress guidelines - trainers of your choice are a must have!
