Job description
SWOOP Analytics is seeking web developers to join our growing virtual team to design and develop our next-generation collaboration analytics platform that transforms metadata from the most popular corporate communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Yammer, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Workplace from Meta) into an experience that allows corporations to make powerful decisions to improve their business outcomes through collaboration.
We are looking for a developer to lead development operations in Europe. The role will be incorporated into the development team (Australia) and will also involve technical support (2nd Level) to customers in Europe and North America.
Person must be located in the United Kingdom or Ireland. Must be fluent in English (writing and speaking) as it involves some interactions with customers.
You should have an aptitude for translating customer requirements into a reliable software service while working constructively in a passionate, remotely distributed team. Because we are generating analytics, an aptitude for analysing data and using tools to process large amounts of data is essential.
Our working arrangements (time, location, leave) are very flexible and will always be a remotely distributed model. Amongst other tools, we use Teams, Jira, Zendesk, Harvest and Confluence to facilitate remote working.
We have a rapidly expanding customer base of tier 1 companies in the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific that rely on us to guide their communication and collaboration initiatives. Your skills will literally change the way people collaborate across the world. That passion for improving organisational collaboration is what keeps the current SWOOP team of about 30 going, and we want you to come aboard and help us to keep achieving our amazing mission: We believe in the power of collaboration and people networks to get things done.
SWOOP uses a screening process that required you to complete some short coding related exercises which can be accessed from:
