We are looking for an experienced Senior Unity Game developer, able to lead the development of Hyper Casual and Puzzle games in a fast-paced, iterative environment. You will work closely within a small team to develop and iterate engaging, satisfying, and ultimately successful hit games.
What will the role involve?
- Writing robust code to be used by millions of users
- Deconstructing and analyzing mobile games mechanics
- Working on all aspects of game development (concept, gameplay, features, meta etc.)
- Engaging closely with the Studio Director, Game Artist, and other Developers to ensure effective and fast-paced prototyping and iteration
- Contributing to new game and feature ideas
- Developing your Hybrid-Casual market knowledge and development skill set
What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?
- Eagerness to pursue a Hybrid Casual and Puzzle genre
- At least 4 years of professional experience on Unity (C#)
- Track record with mobile games and experience with quick prototyping within a small development team
- Good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to details
- Passion for finding trends and optimising gameplay
- Accountability, ownership, and pride in your work
- Excellent communication skills and a positive collaboration mindset (fostering a strong team culture and collaborative environment are key to our studio)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
