This role is ideal for someone who is looking to work in a dynamic company. This Senior Team coach role combines skill sets from organisational psychology and consulting, we are looking for a coach who can deliver individual and team coaching. This role combines a number of skill sets including individual executive coaching and team coaching for our Global Corporate Clients at C Suite level and C-1.

The Senior Executive Coach role exists to:
· Coach our clients and their teams in such a way that we Inspire, Develop and Equip them and their teams to achieve better business results and an improved quality of life
· Coach our Senior Executives, in Global Companies, at Board level, not as a remedial intervention, but as a partnership to develop their long term goals and strategic needs.
To achieve the outcomes you MUST have:
· Atleast 2 years experience coaching to C-Suite level in large organisations
