Senior Cloud Engineer - Azure, Terraform, Windows - World Leading Fortune 500 Company - £75,000 - £80,000 + good package

Burns Sheehan are partnering with a world leader in the field of real estate consultancy and property management for the hire of a Senior Cloud Engineer to be made responsible for managing Azure cloud services and their integration with other IT systems. You will be working in their brand new, state of the art offices in Canary Wharf, where tech is at the heart of everything they do.

As a Senior Cloud Engineer you will have a substantial effect on the organisation as you will be working purely on end to end Azure migration projects as well as monitoring Azure's roadmap for service development and changes in these areas providing expert advice on any expected issues relating to their implementation. You will also have the opportunity to lead on the design, schedule and management of upgrades and take a lead role in the implementation side of things whilst automating platforms and migrating on premise applications to the cloud. You will also be the technical lead for everything Cloud/Azure related, and will upskill the team on Cloud and Terraform.

The ideal Senior Cloud Engineer will have experience with:

• Supporting and managing the Microsoft Azure services stack
• Deploying IAAS/PAAS based systems
• Terraform/Ansible
• Azure AD
• Powershell

There is a clear career progression plan for this position, with the opportunity to move either into a DevOps position or the architecture route in a matter of a couple of years.
