Siemens Healthineers has exciting opportunities for Manufacturing Engineers (Process Engineers, Production Engineers) to work within a highly motivated manufacturing and process engineering team. This Manufacturing Engineer role is based in Oxford and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support our production operations, processes, NPI, engineering change and capital/value stream projects.

Your mission:

If you were already working in this Manufacturing Engineer role here are some of the elements you would've been involved with over the past four to eight weeks:

  • Enable manufacturing processes within one of our three manufacturing cost centres through the application of Manufacturing and process engineering knowledge, skill and methods
  • Working in a team of engineers and operations to collaboratively manage quality, productivity and output
  • Owning and addressing varied manufacturing and process problems both internally and externally within the extended supply chain and maintaining our zero-harm culture
  • Developing and implementing new processes and manufacturing equipment to enable our world-leading new products and best-in-class continuous improvement

Your qualifications and experience:

To be successful in this Oxford-based Engineering role you should have the following levels of passion, expertise and professional qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering, Science, manufacturing (or a related subject) or extensive equivalent experience
  • technical experience in manufacturing/process engineering
  • Proven problem-solving skills demonstrating ownership and structured thinking capabilities
  • Inclusive communication skills, as you will be required to communicate at all levels.
