About the Team
This is an opportunity to be part of a stellar team, with a dedicated focus on our PSP customers. The Solutions Engineering team partner with our go-to-market teams and teams in a pre-sales capacity leading our most sophisticated customers with the value of Miro's platform. The team today are geographically located around the world in our many Miro hubs, and have a multitude of speciality skills.
In this team, you will directly impact our customers by helping them to realise their visual collaboration needs and helping to unlock the value of Miro's powerful platform.
About the Role
Miro is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to support our vertical focused on Professional Service Providers (consulting partners, e.g. Deloitte, PwC). In this role you will play an important part in driving the success of our PSP business by applying your expertise and technical skills. From supporting our dedicated account managers and teams to delivering tailored solutions for complex accounts, you will be instrumental in overcoming challenges and supporting our customers' growth. Your deep understanding of the PSP market and ability to develop and implement innovative technical solutions will be key in ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives with Miro. What you'll do
- Work directly and strategically with a dedicated account pod supporting our most complex accounts
- Assist in identifying growth opportunities, and partner with your account manager to support continued expansion
- Lead discovery to identify technical requirements, then architect and demonstrate product solutions that showcase the business value
- Unblock technical issues for our customers, leveraging the wider teams extensive skills
- Be a conduit between our customers and our product teams, providing regular feedback
- Act as a trusted adviser to our customers
- Mentor the wider team on best practice from your past and continued experience in this vertical
What you'll need
- 4+ years of Solutions Engineering Experience
- Proven track record supporting multi-million dollar ARR
- Application of, and requirements for APIs and integrations as part of a larger software ecosystem
- Ability to connect with customers from end-users to C-level
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in conveying technical and business knowledge to customers to drive outcomes
