Service Advisor for a Prestige Main Dealer in Eastleigh, Hampshire
Our Client has a state of the art showroom, with the latest technology to impress and inspire customers and employees alike. With one of the largest used car offerings in the area, and over 25 years of experience of working alongside a prestigious manufacturer.
Due to an increase in demand, they are currently requiring a Service Advisor for their busy Aftersales Department!

- Basic Salary up to £32,000, OTE £38,000
- Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00, 1 in 5 Sat’s 08:00 – 12:00!

- A Competitive Basic Salary – Basic Salary up to £32,000
- On target earnings of £38,000
- Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00
- 1 in 5 Weekends, Saturday's 08:00 - 12:00

- Meeting and greeting customers
- Provide customers with information and advice on repairs, explaining the repair estimate with the customer & ensuring customer agrees to all work.
- Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
- Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up
- Filing paperwork, ensuring all invoices are accurate
- Taking Payment for agreed repair.
- Assist Manager with the branches workflow and schedule
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand protection at all times
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
- Proficiency with industry-specific software, preferably Drive/CDK/Kerridge
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
- Strong organisational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Organisational skills, and work well under pressure
- Good team player
- Full UK driving licence (Preferable)You will hold a Full UK Driving Licence
