We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, including managing staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a passion for high standards, and a commitment to providing a high-quality experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café
- Manage rotas
- Train and manage the team
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Order and manage stock levels.
- Develop new menu items and promotions.
- Manage the budget and ensure profitability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
