Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our team and drive our partnerships strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key clients within relevant sectors. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, a deep understanding of the partnerships landscape, and excellent relationship management skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have the ability to read and interpret commercial contracts.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a partnerships strategy that drives revenue growth
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key clients interested in the cinema and entertainment sector
- Manage end-to-end partnership development, from initial prospecting to negotiation and contract execution
- Read and interpret commercial contracts and ensure that partnership agreements are compliant with company policies and legal requirements
- Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure long-term success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership initiatives
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on partnership performance and ROI
- Managing a team of 3 to achieve our revenue goals in line with our business plan
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a focus on partnerships
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships
- Deep understanding of the partnerships landscape, including partnership models and best practices
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience negotiating complex deals
- Ability to read and interpret commercial contracts and ensure that partnership agreements are compliant with company policies and legal requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives
