Acorn Education & Care are hiring Senior Residential Care Workers in Oxfordshire!
Role: Senior Residential Care Worker
Salary: Up to £29,996.75 per annum (dependant on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (7 days on, 7 days off)
Location: North Aston, Oxfordshire

Our next Senior Residential Care Workers will be someone who has:
- Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent
- A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives.
- The understanding that the people we care for can be challenging.
- Patience, resilience, and calmness.
- The ability to become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs.
- The willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Children’s Residential Care.
Some of your duties will include
- Chaperoning children to appointments and activities
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Household tasks
- Administering medication
- Lead, train and develop new and existing care workers within your team
- Helping deputy manager to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable team
