You could be the person we are looking for! Maesglas is a busy emergency accommodation service for adults with learning disabilities, based in Gendros. Along with care staff, your role will be to offer support, guidance and monitoring practice to ensure an effective quality service is being delivered.
You will undertake low level supervision of staff as directed by the management team, order and audit medication, monitoring premises checks, mentor staff and support the management team to ensure the service is compliant in all areas. You will highlight areas for improvement, ensuring the staff team are fully involved and contribute to progress and development of the service.
