About Role - Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

As our Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent to grow our global team. The person, working as part of the Recruitment team, will take our hiring strategies into action while building a dedicated and successful workforce.


As our Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for

  • Support the team in delivering the full cycle of Talent acquisition activities and candidate experience for the Group focusing on sourcing, research, building pipelines for a number of roles, and guiding candidates from diverse backgrounds through the interview process.
  • Must have no fear in developing relationships with candidates by getting on the phone, engaging with candidates, and not just sending in-mails and emails.
  • Screening and selection of suitable candidates within reasonable timeframes to present shortlists to management.
  • Support social media branding as it relates to recruiting initiatives ensuring the employer brand is consistent.
  • Provide insight to the core team regarding recruitment challenges and market activity in each country of candidates
  • Support internal and external culture and community building strategies
  • Proactively develop your own talent and/or people career with support and enthusiasm from the whole team


What do we value?


  • Previous experience in IT/engineering recruiting and genuine interest in technology.
  • Able to use various job sites (concurrently) such as LinkedIn, Naukri, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc., and have an interest in always looking for new and effective sources for great talent.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to create Social Media posts and articles.
  • Ability to maintain good working relations with candidates, managers, team members, and clients
  • Strong desire to have knowledge of common human resource practices and employment as it relates to recruitment and hiring.
  • Comfort with the latest technology and social media applications, including Google Suite, Slack, and applicant tracking tools.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
