Senior Recruitment Consultant – HR - Reward & Analytics
Basic c. £35-55k+ commission
OTE c. £80-130k

The Person:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join this Award- winning business.
An Experienced Recruitment Consultant who is eager to learn and progress, has excellent relationship-building skills and is self-motivated with a desire to succeed and share in the success of the company.
Desirables would be someone who has experience of Rewards & Analytics recruitment or from a Private Sector background in Recruitment.
If you have interim experience this would be very desirable.
Need to be a relationship builder, this is a very relationship driven environment. Someone confident, down-to earth with a keen sense of humour!

Roles in Rewards and Analytics are in the region of £60-120k.
Network driven, leveraging off internal connections.
Good London network
Establishing strong relationships with clients and new ones to the business
A desire to grow the desk further and cross sell with other parts of the business.
Scope to develop your career to Director level or Managerial level
Utilising an established and warm C&I client base
Working in a 360 capacity
Great management
