We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team in Edinburgh.
In this role, you will be the designated champion for ensuring the smooth running of the internal quality management system and the supplier auditing schedule.
You will lead in the progression and review of all record and metric generation within the business, maintaining all applicable ISO standard requirements.

As a Senior Quality Engineer at Enoda, you'll spend your time
- Championing the operation and improvement of the internal quality management system using eQMS system
- Data control of design reviews via electronic project lifecycle management systems
- Hosting supplier and customer visits
- Establishing and maintaining standards, process, and procedures to all associated regulatory body standards
- Reviewing and approving all work instructions, standard operating procedures, and other controlled documentation. Business-wide support for generation of new documentation
- Implementation and maintenance of all training for personnel at all levels
- Co-ordinating external audits, promoting a culture of continuous improvement with our suppliers and partners
The key experience we're looking for
- Experienced supplier quality engineer ideally with a manufacturing/management background
- Working knowledge of relevant standards, especially ISO 9001:2015
- Experience of external auditing to ISO9001 standards
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel and a statistical analysis program
- Internal or lead auditor certified
- Proficient in using eQMS system
- Experience dealing with suppliers in technology domain
- Experienced public speaker, able to present both quantitative and qualitative data
Previous use of RACI and ADKAR methodologies and an understanding of the PDCA cycle would be highly advantageous. As would knowledge of COSHH regulations within a manufacturing environment.
