What you'll do
This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse Project and Programme management role under Global Streaming Platform Team. As part of our team, you will be accountable for portfolio planning, managing and delivering large and complex projects introducing ground-breaking changes across our products to deliver the world’s best entertainment.
- Be responsible for the delivery of complex OTT projects and initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams working in close collaboration with experts across product, technology and the wider organisation
- Be proficient in handling project schedules, resource allocation plans, delivery scope, risks and issues, raising any threats or opportunities to key partners in a timely manner
- Quickly grasp new technologies, coordinating Subject Matter Authorities to resolve delivery challenges, defining and implementing mitigation plans
What you'll bring
- A consistent track record of delivering sizeable, complex projects ideally circa 5 years in a software project management role
- Experience working in a matrixed organisation without direct management over resource
- Have the ability to think strategically and tactically about product, technical and cross-functional issues.
- Strong leadership, motivational skills including the ability to inspire and lead throughout all levels of the organisation !
- The ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives !
- Experience addressing senior customers, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Exposure to the streaming/OTT industry preferred, but not essential.
