Job title: Project Engagement Coordinator
Location: Preston or Farnborough

Salary: Up to £25 – 30k depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Pipeline and Demand oversight and co-ordination
- Creating and maintaining Project records, ensuring relevant toolsets remain up-to-date
- Populate Project Document Libraries appropriately with relevant documents
- Supporting/co-ordinating the preparation of documentation to facilitate business approval for project progression
- Working with multiple stakeholders with in the EIT team and Business Group IM&T community
- Issue Project updates to clients as appropriate
- Develop, conduct and product analysis and insights from across the portfolio to continuously improve its performance and support the team
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good administration background
- Exposure to project administration/coordination will be a distinct advantage
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Desirable:
- Competent in Project reporting and Resource Management or a related area such as Workforce Planning
- Working knowledge of PM&C governance and assurance processes and project management practices
- Practiced knowledge of project management processes for control and monitoring

The Project Engagement Team:
The Project Engagement Team provide a collaborative relationship between project delivery and the wider Enterprise. They act as the main interface between project teams and strategy stakeholders to ensure that requirements are gathered and interpreted accurately and within agreed time scales whilst ensuring that the end stakeholder is provided with a valued service from the project organisation.
