Job Title: Real Estate Salesperson - Telephone and Virtual Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients via telephone, as well as conducting virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Your primary focus will be to convert leads, handle inbound sales inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable engaging with clients over the phone, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential clients via telephone to initiate sales conversations and build relationships.
2. Utilize virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to conduct sales presentations and property tours remotely.
3. Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and provide accurate information to prospective clients.
4. Identify client needs and preferences, and recommend suitable properties based on their requirements.
5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the real estate market, including current listings, market trends, and competitive pricing.
6. Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, including accurate and detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
7. Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
8. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
10. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on real estate market trends and best practices.
11. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
12. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Confidence and proficiency in making outbound calls and handling inbound sales inquiries.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations remotely using virtual meeting platforms.
6. Familiarity with real estate databases and CRM software is a plus.
7. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
9. Knowledge of current real estate market trends and regulations.
10. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
11. Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
