Do you have experience in a production role in the game industry as a producer or project manager, and are you looking for a remote role in Europe or on site in Milton Keynes? This AAA studio is seeking a full-time Senior Producer to work on a sci-fi title in Unreal Engine. The Senior Producer will help run one of the studio's game teams, and the role offers a compelling salary for your dedication.
As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for guiding this team to deliver a high-quality product on time and within budget while helping to promote a collaborative, results-oriented environment. This position offers remote working options within Europe.
During your first few weeks and months in this Senior Producer role, you can expect to:
- Work with the department leads to maintain a long-term project plan
- Facilitate team communication and ensure timely dissemination of information to the team and company overall
- Communicate project development status to senior management and the business team
- Identify bottlenecks in production processes and contribute to solving and sharing across current and future projects
- Mentor junior teammates, using previous experiences to provide mentorship to improve team performance
To apply for this Senior Producer role, you will need at least 5 years in a production role in the game industry as a producer or project manager. You will also require the following:
- Shipped at least 1+ AA pc/console titles in a Producer or Senior Producer position
- Excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, and scheduling skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask across disciplines, assess risk, define priorities, and resolve problems while meeting deadlines
- Deep knowledge of game development – teams, common development hurdles, game engines, development milestones, etc
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Office 365 tools
