The Role:
Help shape The Alliance’s People function from the ground up.
Partner with the COO, broader leadership team and external specialists to build, deliver and champion key strategic People initiatives that drive impact:
Support managers & employees with effective conversations around opportunities and progression, as we roll out our levelling & progression framework
Help design and lead the rollout and implementation of a new Performance Development & Feedback process
Developing and spearheading initiatives to embed our mission vision and values into daily life across the business
Coach managers building and retaining high-performing teams with day-to-day effective performance management, career development, talent strategies and disciplinary support
Work with stakeholders across the business to identify hiring needs and understand the ideal candidate profile.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process from recruitment advertising and candidate engagement and assessment to scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and management of the offer process.
Own daily management of People Ops processes, across the employee life cycle and experience – from onboarding, probation confirmations or extensions, promotions, to exit interviews and everything in between.
Become a trusted partner with leaders and employees across the business taking the lead on employee relations matters.
Design, implement and own People related operations, processes, policies and workflows that scale.
