Job description
Senior Operations Managers are directly responsible for the effective performance of the Restart Contract and in their region. This includes ensuring that all actions are taken to ensure this contract is delivered within budget and to agreed quality standards. They ensure the smooth running and productive dynamics of their teams by acting as a lynchpin between all key individuals and teams involved in the participant s journey to employment. They also manage their teams by monitoring all elements of the performance and contract delivery, motivating, and supporting colleagues to best perform their roles in supporting participants into sustainable employment.
What we are looking for:
You will need to demonstrate high ethical standards, take personal accountability for everything you do, and always want to be the best. You should have extensive experience of team management across multiple sites and multiple contracts within the Welfare to Work sector along with success meeting contractual targets and achieving financial budgets. You will need to be an inspirational with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and be great at relationship building. Due to the nature and scope of this role you must be happy to undertake essential travel throughout UK as and when required to carry out the key requirements of the role.
This is a remote based position covering a defined region, therefore we are accepting applications from candidates based in Kent, Canterbury, Dartford, Dover, Maidstone, Sittingborne and Tonbridge.
