Title: Call Center Executive (Urdu and Pashto Speaking) at FTFT Finance UK

FTFT Finance UK, a leading financial service provider and international money transfer company, is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Call Center Executive fluent in Urdu and Pashto to join our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing top-notch customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

- Assisting customers with money transfer enquiries, ensuring safe, smooth, and swift transactions.

- Identifying and understanding customers' needs to provide satisfactory solutions.

- Providing accurate information about our products and services, enabling customers to make informed financial decisions.

- Resolving customer complaints or forwarding them to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.

- Logging all interactions with customers in our database accurately.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Fluency in Urdu and Pashto is essential, along with excellent English communication skills.

- A minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within a money transfer company or financial institution.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer concerns efficiently.

- Knowledge of money transfer procedures or a strong interest in the financial industry is beneficial.

- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
