More about your role
As a Senior Marketing Executive in Developments, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Using a variety of customer and market data sources you will deliver marketing insight and intelligence to translate it into impactful marketing strategies and communication messages.
You will work with another Senior Marketing Executive and split the 4 regions to help achieve the key business plan target along with adhering to the corporate strategy.
This is a remote role and will require regular travel to sites as required. This is a Fixed Term Contract with an end date of June 2024.

More about you
To be successful in this role you will have experience of developing and delivering sales and marketing strategies with successful outcomes with knowledge of marketing and communication trends and analytics within the Developments industry.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build a network of relationships across a large organisation. You will have the ability to multitask, prioritise and make decisions under pressure and appropriately challenge conventional approaches.
