Internal Audit provides independent and objective assurance as to whether the design and operational effectiveness of our framework of risk management, control and governance processes, as designed and represented by management, is adequate.

In this role, you will:
- Support the Global Head of Culture Audit in setting, implementing and embedding a clear vision for a best-in-class Culture Audit function that is valued by HSBC and admired in the market.
- Be responsible for supporting the creation, deployment and management of an effective global culture audit program within HSBC. Effectively providing an independent view of culture risk through oversight of global audit entities and HSBC Group Culture and Risk Culture Frameworks.
