The Base Marketing team is responsible for engaging with our existing customers and building long lasting relationships, maximising customer value and advocacy. Through our campaigns we aim to differentiate Vodafone from our competitors and optimise our commercial performance, by being insight led and creating real mutual value for our customers and our business.
What will you be doing?
You will lead our In-Life Base Management team, with 8 direct reports, working across 3 Squads. You will be responsible for the in-life customer base management strategy and associated targets across the Pay Monthly, Pay as you Go & VOXI mobile bases. These include ownership of cross-selling additional mobile and watch connections, cross-selling home broadband and insurance, and ownership of tariff migrations, data extras, roaming extras and PAYG top-up stimulation.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the in-life customer base strategy through the use of advanced analytics, advanced customer decisioning capability and 121 channels. You will work with senior leaders across the trading, proposition, channel and finance teams and with the Consumer Leadership team.
What are we looking for?
- You will have in-depth CRM/Digital marketing experience.
- You will be a people leader with a track record of building, developing and maintaining happy, high performing teams.
- You will have exceptional drive, with a strong track record of delivery against commercial targets.
- You will have strong influencing skills and the ability to drive the agenda with stakeholders at Senior Leadership Team level.
