This Role

This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive and reliable individual to join our team.

Based in Cambridge, key responsibilities are:

  • Answering calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries
  • Providing a proactive support service to the Design Team
  • Maintaining customer records including logging enquiries and updating customer records
  • Preparing delivery notes
  • General finance and credit control assistance
  • Filing and all other general admin duties

Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.

Hours for the role are 39.5 per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
