Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
- Directs end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, mapping and candidate relations management activities for Professional hires and critical positions.
- Oversees the design of candidate experiences ensuring superior engagement is felt and perceived by both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Directs the development of a data-first approach to recruitment, using meaningful insights to ensure great decision making.
- Able to effectively manage RPO providers and other vendors to meet pre agreed service levels, ensuring maximum quality and value is derived from the vendor.
- Leads the measurement of successes and challenges to ensure the BT Group achieves and improves on our own recruitment KPI's, driving down time to hire and cost to hire.
- Oversees the development of Talent Acquisition's brand ambassadorship in the external talent marketplace, demonstrating our values and leadership skills to inspire others, internally and externally.
- Directs the development of excellent stakeholder relationships to be the go-to for all things Talent Acquisition related and demonstrates what great business partnering looks like to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Oversees the provision of regular reporting and insights to HR counterparts and senior leadership, as well as evaluating trends and using this to drive continuous improvement and identify future opportunities.
- Mentors, coaches, and manages a team to develop current and future team capabilities and ensure high quality performance. Promotes TA talent movement across BT Group.
- Leads the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities to enhance Talent Acquisition processes and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
