We’re looking for an Marketing & Communications Assistant to join the team and support day-to-day operations and the work of executives across the business. You should be highly presentable and be a confident communicator at all levels. The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in marketing.

We are a UK-based real estate investment company that, despite the recent COVID-19 pandemic, has seen continued growth since our incorporation in 2016 and we are now looking to expand the team.
The Role
Based in our Mayfair office, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by working closely with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth, exemplary client experience from start to finish. This will include greeting guests and catering for internal meetings, as well as performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support executives across the business. You will also be required to fulfil various marketing tasks, therefore the ideal candidate will be familiar with Microsoft Office and database software.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to prioritise workloads.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitoring email inboxes and responding to enquiries
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling the preparation and distribution of various documentation
- Assisting in the production of brochures and general marketing material
- Assisting with regular production and distribution of newly launched corporate magazine
- Maintaining the company website and social media channels
- Liaising with third party designers as required to specific briefs
- Assisting with the research and production of updates and newsletters
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining filing systems and processing applications
- Representing the company at events or product launches
- Providing general office support

Desirable:
· Higher Education Qualification (or equivalent)
· Relevant marketing qualification
· Experience of email marketing, such as Mailchimp would be advantageous
