We have opportunities for a number of Senior Leadership roles in Operations. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced team in supporting the full portfolio of work on the Sellafield estate.

The Ideal Candidate:
Essential Skills:
- Graduate or significant relevant experience in an Operations, Maintenance or Engineering Discipline.
- Significant experience of leadership / management, working within a high regulated environment/industry.
- Demonstrable experience of leading Operations in a large-scale hazardous environment.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret a diverse range of technically complex information.
- Practical knowledge of Business Improvements, Lean Manufacturing or Delivery of Improvements.
- Evidence of coaching, mentoring and developing people at a Senior Level.
- Ability to achieve a level of security clearance.
It would be beneficial for candidates to also have:
- Demonstrable experience of acting as interface and effective communication with regulators or stakeholders.
- Experience of working within a unionised environment.

Our current plans contain multiple new build facilities and a large portfolio of facilities to decommission. Our operational people play a key role in the lifecycle of these facilities, from the design and build, through the various stages of operations to ultimately the decommissioning and demolition.
