We’re looking for a Senior Internal Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team based in the UK. You will be responsible for helping us find unique ways to identify and entice talented, in-demand candidates in the Aerospace sector to join our business to further drive our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Help us scale and grow our technical expertise so that we can continue to provide an exceptional service to our growing client base
- Build long-term relationships with talented people and guide them through a seamless end-to-end recruitment process.
- Exceed our candidate’s expectations, even those who were unsuccessful
- Partner with our hiring managers, senior leaders and operations to agree a clear attraction and interview process, provide insights such as salary benchmarking and talent mapping
- Collaborate with the wider People Services team so that contracts, visa's, background checks and onboarding happen seamlessly for your candidates.
This role will give you the opportunity to:

- You're an experienced technical recruiter with a track record of success – Ideally with a knowledge of Aerospace Engineering recruitment and or volume recruitment
- You go beyond just sourcing and managing the interview process, looking at the bigger picture instead – using innovative techniques to find those hidden gems
- You're an adaptable self-starter – someone who can use their own initiative to keep things running at pace and doesn’t sit around waiting for answers to come to them
- You're comfortable dealing with ambiguity and an always-changing environment
- You're a problem solver. A tricky niche role won’t get you down. It’s a challenge that just spurs you on to find a new approach and try something new.
- You're an effective influencer, being comfortable speaking with people at any level and you understand how to adapt your approach to your audience
