We are recruiting for a Senior Insight Analyst on a fixed-term basis of 12 months to join our Data team to lead and develop analytical insight to serve the needs of the organisation, with a key focus on the AgeCo’s financial product portfolio.
By scoping evolving marketing requirements and performing fit-for purpose and robust analysis, the successful candidate will deliver actionable insights resulting in better customer engagement, acquisition, retention and income generation.
Within this interesting and challenging role, you will produce propensity models (via logistic regression or other techniques) and customer segmentations for AgeCo and Fundraising products.
You will also lead on improving digital capability of the CRM analytics teams by contributing to the Age UK Website Analytics project, ensuring delivery of useable data for insight and analysis.

This role is offered on a Hybrid / London contract and will include travel to our modern co-working hub in East London (EC3N 2LB) once a week.

Must haves:
- Extensive use of statistical or database software, i.e. SPSS / SAS / T-SQL / R, to manipulate large databases.
- Proficiency in application of statistical analysis and data modelling in relation to campaign analysis, customer profiling, segmentation and propensity modelling.
- An understanding of Google Analytics.
- Working within a direct marketing environment.
- Managing relationships with internal clients to tight deadlines.
- Strong numerate / statistical background.
- Strong communication skills.
- Tableau / Power BI.
- MS Office applications.
- A degree or equivalent in a numerate discipline i.e. Maths or Statistics.

Additional Information
This role is offered on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, to cover an existing member of the teams' maternity leave.
