Position: Senior HR Business Partner (Internally known as People Specialist)

Location: Can be based out of our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £40,000 dependent on experience

As our Senior HR Business Partner for Scotland, you will work with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build an organisation and people capability, shape and implement effective people strategies in your location based on a sound understanding of the overall people strategy.

To be successful you’ll need to bring…

  • Qualified to minimum CIPD level 5 or be working towards.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Demonstrable HR generalist experience through advising/partnering roles
  • Experience in employee relations casework, consultation and advising managers on a wide range of people issues
  • Experience working in financial services, legal or professional services would be an advantage
  • Experience in providing advice at all levels across the business
  • Experience working with People systems to utilise reporting and analysis of people data
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Creative thinking and a positive, forward thinking mindset
